Really strange for a german looking at a house made out of wood, we mostly use stone or concrte for the whole building.

I think I just solved the mystery of why the original construction was abandoned. Check the meteorological reports for the area back in 2001, there may have been a blizzard!

In the intro at 18s, the audio of your sigh has been out of sync for the past several episodes and it is bothering me quite a bit. It was not like that in the first handful of episodes. In those that was spot on. Can you fix your out of sync sigh in the future Abandoned, or Less Abandoned, Mansion videos? When that first began happening some videos back, I really thought I had audio sync issues with my computer which lead me to troubleshoot a non existent problem with my desktop setup.

If you think the stucco is a lot of prep work wait until you start painting inside...

About the TV over the fireplace... I don't think thats a good idea. Have you consulted a proper electrician? Don't want to start a electrical fire above the fireplace, do you? I'm not 100% sure but that's why I'm asking.

That's called a expansion/control joint to prevent cracking in your stucco. 8:22

Construction note, in 1962 while watching a county courthouse being built, I was 10, I asked a construction super why the edge of the concrete form jutted out at the bottom. He told me the block wall sets on top and this part that juts out at a couple inches lower is the brick LEDGE. That is what the brick sets on and that portion extends down to the footing to carry the weight of brick or stone. Love renovation. This could be such an epic video with the house with the drone shots and such, but the drone flying and framing of the house is... could be improved. If you look online for picture/video framing and editing, it will greatly help your drone shots and framing even your normal shots. Good video though... Imagine flying through a white out snow storm to reveal a stunning mansion being built on a lovely hill. 😍

Love the mansion, love watching how the building is progressing. I must ask if you could say just how much property that house has with it. The view is so awesome.

For a mansion that is a really really small living room with a fire place

Don't forget about networking cable's. WiFi in that huge area (even mesh) isn't gonna be perfect option. But if you want only WiFi then Ethernet cables are very important to make it work well I that beautiful mansion.
